Well this may seem stupid but can anyone direct me to a website for this particular cold boot sound its the one where it says playstation portable and then a kid says PSP. I have been looking everywhere for it but no luck. I would really appreciate it.

I dont know an exact link...but the file that you customize for this is opening_plugin.rco so try searching for that on the site he provided. Or search google for them, i know theres a few sites that have loads of them posted.
