UPGRADING ISSUES PLZZ HELP

I want to know what I have to do to upgrade from 3.03 to 3.03 oe-b and I would greatly appreciate sites with the files for download also please. And also if there's any major chances or fail-safes in doing this.

Or ultimately upgrading to any higher firmware version that would be the best for mainly using the features of music, some video, umd games and saved iso games on memory stick. I do not know which is the best but from what i have read I need at least 3.03 oe-b

ARE you all ready on a custom firmware ? if you are Download the 3.03oe-c winstaller from here it has all the files you need and puts them in the rite place for you If you arent on a custom firmware you need to downgrade your psp and to do that you need a unpatched GTA LBCS (the one with a 2.00 firmware update on it )THIS IS ONLY FOR 3.03 FIRMWARE THO if your firmware is higher than 3.03 your stuck at the moment 2.00 up to 3.03 firmware can be downgraded 3.10,3.11,and 3.30 can not

Is there anyway to tell if the one firmware i'm running is "oe" or "official"? if not can I go ahead and run that downgrader and then the 3.03oe-c winstaller?

it just says 3.03 so would the "open ended" one say 3.03 oe?

ye just follow wat maddog posted and ur set bro downgrade ur 3.03 to 1.5 then just use a winstaller to upgrade to custom FW
