Hi, i've bought my PSP in the US and i'm trying to watch a movie that i bought in europe. My problem is that i can't watch the movie, and every time i try to watch it I get the error:

This disc cannot be started.
The region code is not correct.

My settings are as followed:
Skip SCE Logo (disabled)
Hide corrupt icons (disabled)
Game folder homebrew (3.30 kernel)
Autorun program at /PSP/GAME/BOOTEBOOT.PBP (disabled)
Use NO-UMD (Disabled)
Fake region (europe)
Free UMD Region (enabled)

So what should i do?

RAWR!

Movie UMD's are region locked, you can't do anything with it directly.

You would have to get it converted to run from your memory stick.

I'm using 3.30 oe-a.

Haven't heard about pspfiler or daxdumper, can someone lead me in a somewhat right direction. i'm not really keen on hacking the PSP too much though.

Type daxdumper into the search bar at the top of this page then hit go. Click on the first link then when that page loads click on page 1. Hey presto.
