Guys i just filed a complaint with microsoft and asking them to replace my premium edition that i bought 3 months ago with an elite edition. If anyone is interested in how this progress i'll post any updates on the situation for you to read.

and let the complaints begin once again. there are about 3 other threads just like this with petitions and everything in them, so i dont really see the need of another one. there is no way that they are going to replace your 360 with an elite, it will never happen.
