some downloaded games dont work on my 3.03 oe-c psp like ratchet and clank size matters and lego star wars to name a few i was wondering if i had to upgrade to 3.10 oe-a(or whatever the newest one is) to play new games someone plz help me

No. 3.03oe-c plays all ISO's, well I have never had a problem.

What settings do you havein your recovery menu ?

pretty much everyhing defualt and umbnodisk thing disabled so i have to use umds

what is your cpu speed, you will need to increase it to run ratchet & clank to at least 266

my cpu speed was defualt so i'll try that but what about lego star wars and another game i downloaded that didnt work was pimp my ride

don't know, possibly a duff ISO. My Star Wars Lego works fine as both an ISO and a CSO.
