please help with ublocking this phone. I failed once and never attempted again until now.

model: 6230b
type: RH-28
IMEI:355032/00/120164/3
Locked to: US cingular
Switching to: T-mobile
Help would be appreciated :)

1. Insert a non accepted sim, most times it will show "Phone Restricted"
2. Press the UNDO option
3. You should see a box that says enter restriction code.
4. Enter the code given and then press (OK)
