Hey yall, i was on touran22's 2.71 on a ta-082 motherboard downgrade to 1.5 thread and as far as i can tell quite a few people were having trouble downgrading if they had bigger memory cards... they would get success but only after a whole bunch of odd behavior from the psp

I am trying to get to 3.30 oe-a (lol i'm sick of devhook) and would like to get some conformation before i make the jump to downgrading... i like my psp

So... has anyone had complete success with downgrading a 2.71 ta-082 while using a 2 gb memory card??? no odd behavior or freaking out???

no problems here

i've downgraded off a fake 2gb off ebay

off a sandisk *real* 2gb

and a Hi Speed sandisk *real* 4gb

I downgraded a non ta082 PSP with a 2GB stick from 2.71 and it took FOREVER...did another PSP with a 256 card, and it was very fast..

also did a TA082 with both cards, but that was the same result..no difference in times...

IIRC when I first downgraded it was with a fake 2GB stick. Now I just use which ever one has space.
