Hi, i was just wondering, is there a way to get from 2.81 to a 1.5 without having GTA:LCS ?

no. if u want to downgrade without gta:lcs then u screwed urself over by goin 2 2.81. go rent a copy, but make sure it is the UNPATCHED version (easiest way to tell: 2.00 update on it)
