im about to recover back to 1.5 to uprgrade to 3.30OE-C but ive heard that you can go to 3.30OE-C if you reflash ur flash0?
can someone help how i can do this?

if you are already running any OE firmware you can just upgrade without the need to go back to 1.5 there is an easy installer on this site that will put all the neccessary files on your psp for you.
