hi! my psp is 3.01 and I have no idea how i can update it to 3.03OE-C(since they said it was a good version and it was able to play isos)
pls. help...

upgrade to 3.03 offical fimware. You will also need and upatched version of Grand theft auto liberty city stories which is hard to find

Alright first of all is your Psp currently 3.01 Sony firmware cause if it is you have one option. Do this:
Get to 3.03
Then get the Downgrader for 3.03 and GTA
And after you are 1.5 go crazy with any custom firmware that u want.
