my second psp is 3.30 as a programmer i tried my best to downgrade it.
but i was close. because i edit a 3.03 update so it would say 3.33
in hex and then i ran the program and i passed the screen and booted #
as it when to the press start to proceed it crashed ????????
doesn't mean i given up thought.

Is there any one here a expert in HEX editing that would be nice

My point is there millions of people with a headache because they got psp 3.11 or higher and to say i havnt givin up in making one

secondly i need someone in the expertise in HEX editing as this would help in the 3.11 or higher downgrading research i am doing

i think i got a very very EXPERIMENTLE 3.11 Downgrader 50/50 it will brick your psp but i cant because i have a psp 3.40 anyone wana test
