You can do it with GHII because of an exploit.

As far as I know, DDR can't be hacked like that.

You could try StepMania.

You cannot do it with DDR, However, you can unpack and repack the In The Groove disc with your own music. It is based off of the stepmania engine i believe (at least the Arcade version is).
