I am so new to custom firmwares on psp, I have firmware 3.40 regular how do I make it 3.40oe. I was reading somewhere that you need to have a custom firmware before installing 3.40oe. Do I need it?

hahah man ..ur screwed you have to be at 1.5 first...and the dont have a downgrader for 3.40 and i dont think there going go be a downgrader for 3.40 for a long time
