im getting a message that "the game cannot be started" when I run the flasher.

I did the following beforehand:
1- Format MS
2- Restore default setting
3- Extracted installer to PSP/Game

Any help please?

3.10 and up CANNOT RUN HOMEBREW OR ISO'S! GOSH!!!!

OK found the problem use the 3.40e-a installation noob proof for oe user.
