i was browsing thru google and i find this

i think its a psp dev kit but it uses dvd so could we use that to burn games from umd to dvd?

Yes theres a PS2 Devkit and a PSP Devkit i seen these before only developers licensed by Sony are allowed to have these

your looking at $20,000 for the ps2 devkit and $52,000 for the PSP
Devkit plus the price for the license
