I looked like 30 pages back and I couldn't find a tut on swapping out drives in my xbox 360. My drive shows up but doesn't spin the disks anymore. I do have the original fw but I don't know what to do but swap it cuz it wont do anything. Can someone point me in the correct direction on what i need to do and a tut to swap drives. Ill order a new drive from ebay now.

you have to extract the key from the drive than insert it into another drive

Ok I thought i had to change the drive but can you point me to a tut how to do it.

that is all that i know. you have to take the drive key and put it in the new drive so that it will work with your xbox. just do a google search and read the link
