Already extracted PSAR file from 3.03, and dumped it into F0. Moved it to ms0:/dh/303/. NOW what do I do? Am I supposed to flash the configfile in the devhook menu?

What are you on about ?

If you have 3.40OE-A then you don't need Devhook

Nevermind.

I need Devhook to load the LCS and VCS Cheatdevice. They won't work on 3.10 OE and later OE's.

But I got it. All you have to do is Toggle Flash1 USB in 'Advanced' the Recovery menu, copy the "registry" folder to "ms0:/dh/303/f1/". This causes for all your OE settings to be the same when loading 3.03 via Devhook.

All the instructions that are given on various sites say that you have to select "install configfile to flash1" in the 'Flash Install' menu. But since it was OE, I was cautious of flashing anything.
