Best video converter for PSP

I have tried a lot of tools to convert my videos for PSP.
I found a tool that for me it's the best tool that I've used.
It's pretty easy to use with profiles, fast and reliable.
Here some description:
SUPER © IS UNIVERSAL as it supports a wide variety of input/source file format to play
or encode (to & from) without any additional third party software.
Supported input source file formats are:
- Video format: 3gp/3g2(Nokia,Siemens,Sony,Ericsson) asf, AVI (DivX,H263,H263+,H264,XviD,MPEG4,MSmpeg4 etc..), dat,
fli, flc, flv (used in Flash), mkv, mpg (Mpeg I,Mpeg II), mov(H263,H263+,H264,MPEG4 etc..), mp4(H263,H263+,H264,MPEG4), ogg,
qt, rm, ram, rmvb, str (Play Station), swf (Flash), ts (HDTV), viv, VOB, wmv
- Audio format: AAC, AC3, amr, mmf, mp2, mp3, mp4, MPC, ogg, ra, wav, wma
- AviSynth Script Files: avs. Let you specify advanced encoding commands using AviSynth scripts!

By the way, this is my contribution to convert videos (H264/AVC):
Resolution bitrate Audio 3.11 3.03-OEC
320x240 768 48000 √ √
368x208 384 24000 X X
368x208 384 48000 √ √
368x208 480 48000 √ √
368x208 768 48000 √ √
480x160 768 48000 √ √
480x272 384 48000 X √
480x272 480 48000 X √
480x272 768 48000 X √

Conclusions (I had to test this, I searched but I didn't find this information together):
- 480x272 only played by customized firmware.
- 480x160 maximun resolution for $ony firmware 3.11.
- audio 24000 Hz can't be played.
- Best resolution for the screen (16:9) 368x208
- Worst resolution (16:9) 480x160

Have to disagree with ya, Super (C), while it will convert anything you throw at it, isnt very good in the quality department.
Apps like PSPvidoe9, MeGUI and Xvid4PSP are much better encoders and use the latest builds of X264.
I also did comparisons with these apps against Super(C) and must addmit that Super(C) doesnt come close.
