Hello, Can anybody help me?

IMEI:353663/01/264967/7 (No spaces)
Network: Telcel
Country: México
Also, I want to use my phone with a telcel and a movistar number without changing the sim card, I know that there is a guy using this, he just got to reset the phone and it ask wich line he want to use.

Is Telcel the orginal network the phone is locked to,or one you want to use?

Telcel it's the original network, it's the actual one working with the phone.
I want to unlock it to make it work with Movistar too.

Have you tried a different network sim, it might be unlocked?

I didn't try with the movistar sim, because it appear to be still locked, I will try it today at home, didn't bring the sim with me
