Everyday nurmerous post come in asking about downgraders. For people who do not know, downgraders use a glitch in the psp software called an exploit. The exploit allows use access to many different cruical parts of the psp software. Once a exploit is found and is proved to be stable, psp devs will create a downgrader. A downgrader allows you to roll back your psp firmware to a earlier time. Downgraders usally take you back to 1.50. 1.50 is considered the "golden firmware" meaning non-sony created games and apps(homebrew) can be ran. Also the use of custom firmware starts at 1.50.
The highest you can downgrade from 3.03. so any firmware past 3.03 does not have a downgrader out for it. When one is released you will hear about it here. All known downgraders are posted here as well.
This should clear up any rumors of a downgrader for anything higher than 3.03.

currently im using hex to make a downgrader for 3.11 but we still need to work on it
