Suspended due to non-functional email address

I have not been able to use my DVD Xpress since I had it. I can use the gold and it works fine, but the express displays errors which I will attach. I even downloaded Platinum and the exprtess on it didn't work either.

Error Selecting movie-title set



Error: Unable open file C:\docue~1\owner\locals~1\temp\\dvdxpress\video_ts\video_b.ifo

These are the errors I get.

Can someone help as 321 has yet to solve this problem?

As an alternative you could use dvdshrink (free!) and some burning program (nero and recordnow max recommended. Oriphus has some good guides to do this.
