Firmware 3,40 oe-a HELP!

I was thinking of upgrading to firmware 3.40 oe-a.
In the 'readme' of the 3.40 oe-a installer it says:
'- Copy oeupdmaker and oeupdmaker% to /PSP/GAME if you are in 1.50, or to /PSP/GAME150 if you
are in any SE/OE version. Get the 1.50 and 3.40 Sony updaters (of any region, because all are
currently the same), and copy them in the oeupdmaker directory with the names 150.PBP and 340.PBP.'
The problem is that I don't get the bit of getting the 1.50 and 3.40 Sony updaters.What exactly does this mean and where can I get them from?

You can get the update from my sig.
Copy the 340oeflasher and 340oeflasher% to GAME (or GAME150) and run the update.

Try using a winstaller, yo can get a link for the custom firmware comparison thread at the bottom of the page

Ummmmm....sudds?
If your distributing the DXAR file, thats illegal, something to do with Sony proprietry code. Thats why DAX doesn't include them in the downloads.
If not then disregard that :P

if the only part of the update you dont understand is getting the 1.50 and 3.40 updates, then i would install it manually. all you have to do is download the 1.50 and 3.40 EBOOT.PBP files off www.psp-hacks.com, and put them in the oeupdmaker folder with the names 150.PBP and 340.PBP. the update maker can not brick your psp so dont worry bout it.
ps. congratulations on supporting the best team in the world :)
pss. why do you need the GTA LCS?

You just need the 1.50 and 3.40 EBOOTs and rename them as instructed. If your on 1.5 already you don't need GTA LCS. You only need LCS's if you are trying to downgrade from 3.03 official Sony Firmware.
If you need any help installing 3.40 OE-A just give me a shout and i'll give you my MSN address and can walk you through it over Messenger if needed, I've done a few now for my self and friends and it is easy to do once you get going.

No its not Scott, just drag an drop the 340oeaflasher and 340oeaflasher% folders into GAME or GAME150 depending on what your kernal is set at.
