i sent it that way, must be something wrong my end.i was just looking for some advice and or websites you may know of to buy eurovox and eurvox tx.i know they cant be posted on main forum , if you could pm me any info i would be grateful.thanks

Hi Rosie,
If you have a null modem lead, you can put my channels and favourites on your box.
Click on the link below,it will take you to another site.
Right click on the file called "brian chan fav" and save target to your desktop.

Do the same with the link below. This is a file that will transfer the "brian chan fav" to your box.

Connect the null modem lead from your PC to your box.
Click on the stblink2 and choose RUN.
Click the Setup Comm button.
Click Write Factory Data
Use the browse to locate where you have the "brian chan fav" file,click it.
It will start to upload to the box, when transfer is complete,WAIT for the red/green light on the box to be flashing very quickly before you unplug the unit and the null modem lead.
Then plug in the box again and my channels and favourites on your replay lite.
DO NOT USE THE UPGRADE SOFTWAREBOX WHEN DOING THE ABOVE AS IT WILL MESS UP THE BOX.

I thik you are spot on Stevie,
I am in nhell land,but I loaded the 756 software on my replay lite just to see what the settings were.
You are right about the provider ID, default should be set on 005E but it's still set on 0055.
It still worked on nhell,so you could set it up in your folks house and when the software is corrected you could upgrade then.
I hope there's an update soon to fix this soon.

Hi Brian
steve is on C***** in swords not N** so i would say it is a communal ariel he is on i have asked him to let me know if he has a provider box and to look on the bottom of it to see if it is a itd box then we will know for defo what he is on a bit of a nightmare at the moment stuck in no mans land

Yes I know stevie is on c##s in swords.
I am in nhell land, but I loaded the 756 software onto my replay lite to see what the settings were.
The Default provider ID was still on 0055.
The Default provider ID sould be 005E for ch###s
The 756 software doesnt change the default provider ID and it should.
As I said it worked on nhell and it shouldn't.
The bottom line I think is the 756 software isn't working, a number of different people have had problems with software and haven't got it working.

Brian could it be that the firmware is corrupt that you are using also is there not another one you can revert back to and manually put the provider id into

No can't do that fergs,
When I went to,
Menu,
Parental Lock,
Goto Key Manager,
Current Key.
The edit Current key box pops up.
In provider ID box it reads 0055.
This can only be changed by the correct Software as it's the default setting for the box.
I downloaded 756 from several different forums and none of them worked.I have posted my findings there and a number of people have the same problem.So hopefully there will be a cure soon.

Lads i have reverted back to 752 software asit did find channels the first night.
still no joy.
in the edit Nagra Keys is there anyway of setting the prov id to default from anything else other than 0x01
that 765 firmware is dodgy, atleast on the 1st night i got some stations when scanned on 752 but it did say 1800:scrambled.
no joy now im on 0x01 again
GMAN - the cho&&s box is on the wall
the wire comes out of it goes straight into my replay lite box now in Ant In there's nothing in Ant Out
I have a scart going from t.v to replay lite box.
that its thats all i have
im wondering will i be better off going back with it and ordering a EuroBox on ebay? will the Eurobox work with Cho&&s or whats the best box to get for Cho&&s

Hi Steve,
Your right that software isn't working, I loaded it onto my box just to see what the settings were and the default settings were still set up for nhell.
There is someone on this site very reliable and I expect him to contact you soon about a Eurovox.

Hi Fergus,
hopefully this will answer most of the questions
I have digital chorus.
its a small white box on the wall
all it has on the box is Chorus and a point for TV and a point for Radio
there is no itb on the box underneath it or on the side
why is there a problem with itb ?
i go from chorus box to the telly via a scart to answer GMANs previous questions.
I tried it on the 1st line into the house i.e downstairs and had no joy.
i also have another chorus box up in the room were i am tryin to set this up.
i got 19 channels found after scanning on sunday night.
but they came up as 1800:scrambled
no when i scan it comes up with right away No programs found.

you still are not getting what i am saying to you did C***** give you a digital receiver when you signed up to there service nothing to do with the box on the wall or the replay box it is chorus own box i am interested in that you first had before you ever got another box it will be a sagem box or a pace box look under that and see if it has ITD written under it

Aw i got you yes got 2 digital receiver boxes.
1 for downstairs and 1 for upstairs.
they are both Sagems and no they dont have ITB on them i checked underneath the boxes
sorry think im tired after all the hours im wasting with this.

ok no problem the reason i asked is if you had ITD on the underneath of the box this would tell me you are in an MMDS catchment area you did have channels when you started but none now it really is a mystery at this stage i will have to think of something else what area of swords are you in like town area or out in the sticks

Is there any point in turning the focus onto the fact that Steven can not get the box to stay on 0x05.
Could this be why he's not picking up any channels?

hi brian,ive seemed to have lost sentanta 1 from my box, constantly says 1800, sentanta 2 and rest all ok..any suggestions for getting channel back? is there new firmware available? tried parental lock etc like usual but no luck..any help much appreciated. thanks

What firmware are you on? The latest is v7.52
Did you scan recently?
Are you sure you don't have two Setanta 1's (Duplicate)
I had an issue yesterday were a box had two of certain channels Setanta1 being one of them (One worked & the other didn't)

Hey guys...
I've asked this in a seperate post the other day and got no reply.
Just wanted to know if anyone has heard of the D Digital receiver boxes?
They're on fleabay for £79. The box isn't for me and the person it's for just wants a cheap box that's capable of getting the err...freeview channels on NTHell in Dublin (",) Anyone know where I could find any info on them & guides + software?

Hi Red05.
The cable compnty probably have moved setanta 1 to a different frequency.
What part of the UK are you and I will see can I get you the frequency,so you can do a manual search.
I know london is 411.
To do a manual search on the replay lite box.
Menu,
User Installation,
Manual Search?.OK
Up pops the Manual Search box.
Channel number: CH 1.
Frequency: 411 (what ever freq you want)
Symbol Rate: 6952 (what ever your area symbol rate)
Constellation: 64 QAM.
Search By Network: ON.
Search
The box will find a number of channels on your selected frequency.
When the search is finished, Select VIEW.
The new channels will be now stored at the bottom of your channel list.
Eg: If you already had 120 channels stored, the new ones will be stored from 121 onwards.
The manual search will find some channels you already have, just delete them
Go to menu, Channel Manager, TV Channel and use the green edit to move, delete or rename the channel list.
