Novice question for ye. With the boxes goin twice in one week do you think they will last much longer. Are they on to us

You obviously were not around last year when they were going twice a day. It will probably take a few more days for santa's little helpers to come up with a new flash to catch the codes on auto-roll. Just keep a check here and it will eventually be sorted.

They've always been "on to us"
Why do you think they've been rolling the codes?
There's nothing new about the code changes recently, they've been changed on a regular basis since day one. The last two software release could auto update them, so it made us all lazy ;-)

Thanks very much novice. appreciate it. I wouldnt be the smartest tool in the toolbox. When you say "new flash to catch the codes on auto-roll". What does that mean exactly.sorry about my lack of knowledge, but learnin new things every day i come on this

Make sure your Provider ID is set correctly Peeps.
When the codes roll, the Pro ID. changes too.

The flash is the software programmed into the replay. The last few have included auto roll which picks up the new codes automatically. Every so often though they the provider changes the frequency at which the codes are sent and the software cant catch it. Hopefully there will be an update flash soon.

Switch channel to one of the premium ones like S*Y Sports & see if it updates.
Failing that, put the codes in reverse order ie. key in the second one first & then the first one.

My first post. I put in the new codes and for the first time I am missing quite a few channels, including bbc1, sky, one, Playboy, I have most of the other channels?
I am in Clontarf N"l land should I broaden the search or something.I tried manual search and nothing came up?

I think this is the post from Brian.
Those channels are all on freq 323.0Mhz.
Go to one of the channels that's not working and press OK on your remote control.
TV channel list box pops up.
Have a look in the bottom left-hand of corner of your screen.
If you see 323.0Mhz 6887 64 QAM your settings are correct, this should be the same for your other missing channels.
So it could that the signal in your area is not as good as it was previously. If you are using a splitter connect the Cable for you cable connection directly to you box and see if this improves it.
You could do a manual search for them.
To do a manual search on the replay lite box.
Menu,
User Installation,
Manual Search?.OK
Up pops the Manual Search box.
Channel number: CH 1.
Frequency: 323
Symbol Rate: 6887
Constellation: 64 QAM.
Search By Network: ON.
Search
The box will find a number of channels on your selected frequency.
When the search is finished, Select VIEW.
The new channels will be now stored at the bottom of your channel list.
Eg: If you already had 120 channels stored, the new ones will be stored from 121 onwards.
The manual search will find some channels you already have, just delete them
Go to menu, Channel Manager, TV Channel and use the green edit to move, delete or rename the channel list.
This should find your missing channels with just one search.

5. Choose the top option and turn OFF the auto update.
