What I did was put those two codes into the nagra slots, then I put the second one into the box in the key manager place. It worked for me but only when I put the second one in.

Cheers!
I don't mean to be a pest but I searched and I couldn't find anything on getting lost channels back when you have all the others. I don't want to make a new topic either

When doing a manual search on the replay lite.

If you have: 147 channels stored
Go to manual search
Choose channel number 148
Enter the frequency from the frequency chart.
Enter the symbol rate Ireland 6887
Leave Constellation at 64 qam
Search by Network ON
During the search a small number of channels will be found.

One of them will be the one you are looking for.
Select view to save them all.
They will be stored from channel 148 onwards.
Delete the ones you already have stored and delete where you originally had the channel you were looking for.
Then move the new channel you were looking for to the location you require.

If your box was working recently you should not have to rescan. Try the following in detail

1. Menu

2. Installation

3. Parental Lock

4. Enter password

5. Turn off install lock

6. Red Audio Button for Goto Key Manager

7. Choose the top option and turn OFF the auto update.

8. Press the Blue button to choose the NAGRA option

9. Four left arrows back take you to 'Prov ID 0x55'

10. One down arrow takes you to the 0x00 - i.e. Key 0. Press OK

11. Up pops the HEX Keyboard - just type in the new numbers - it puts the dots in for you. Do this for Key 01 as well.

12. Exit out

It would help if you stated your location (Country)

To Gman496, Novice99 and all the rest of the regular subscribers - a very big thank you.

I have just got my box back working here in Dublin. I found your postings very useful and easy to follow. I have printed them out for future use.

Mind you I was getting a bit tired & confused and was putting in some wrong codes which didn't help.

I reset the box, followed the instructions and hey presto.

Deeply appreciate all the help found here on this forum.

Many Many thanks

Glad you got sorted BoxFox.

It's great to see a member using their head for a change, I'm referring specifically to the fact that you printed out some of the Info you found helpful & put it aside for future reference. (Clever move.)

Now that you're up & running you should at your leisure, read through some of the earlier posts, it will teach you a lot & prepare you for other issues you may encounter down the road. Who knows? you might even drop in from time to time & help others to get started.

I wish other people would learn to lean on common sense like you did as it would save so much needless repetition.

Good luck to you BoxFox & happy viewing.

Gman496.

Now that I am back up and running - one final question:

Should the "Auto Update" be left set to "ON" or "OFF" in the Key settings.

Please advise - Thanks in advance.

Right now it doesn't matter which way you set it BoxFox.

The codes don't Auto Roll now so it makes no difference.

Once the new firmware which will fix the Auto Roll issue is released (Soon) you should install it & then set the "Auto Update" to "ON".

Your prov id does not change and you cannot change it on the Replay. When you enter the nagra page it will always be on 0x01 you use the arrow keys to "go to" your provider id. it does not change it. Therefore if your provider id was four arrows to the left when you changed your codes it will still be four arrows to the left when you go back in. The various providers are simply stored in that order. If you go to current key you will see your provider id and the row of codes currently being used by the channel you are watching.

Hope this helps, if not let me know

Thanks a million mate, it only said I had 119 channels while I had 134 but did it in anyway and it worked. Once again, cheers, I'll buy you a pint some time. ;)
