thats a freq thing i think cause i lose stations like that too but manual scan might bring them back start at 418

Connect the null modem lead to the box and your PC.
Open up the Stblink
Untick ?Maintain User Data?
Select upgrade software
Get the 742a file from your PC.
From when you see the blocks start to transfer.
It takes 4 mins for the box to be updated.
But make sure you see the led flashing much more quickly than it did when the blocks were transferring. If you leave for even 5 mins it will be OK.
Wait until all the blocks are transferred and WAIT a couple of more minutes for the led to flash much more rapidly than it did when you could visibly see when the blocks were transferring.
Unplug everything and only connect the power lead.
Wait for the led to flash red/green and then stay on green.
Then connect SCART and TV cables.
You might have to unplug the box again and then power it up for a second time.
When the files are being transferred from your PC to the box, the led on the box will be flashing at this speed
Don't unplug the box until until you see it flashing at this speed
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Then do the above with the Replay Lite 910 file
Go to a premium channel and wait for the box to unscramble.
Please be patient as it does this.
Help. iv connected box to pc but nothing happening.when i click the stb link exe file it says not a valid win32 application. i have the correct null modem cable.
The same thing happened to me when I tried that stb link so I used the stblink6.0, does this make a difference for the replay lite?
Should I try to flash it again using the stblink5.20?
I've checked the Utility...Receiver Information on the box and it says that my software version is 9.10
I've used the following settings (as recommended by BRIAN1956, thanks Brian, still no joy though)
Start frequency.......290
End frequency.........866
Symbol rate...........6875
Constellation 64 QAM
Search by network ON
I still can't get any channels, been trying over the last few days.
I've never been connected before as this is a new box.
I'm starting to think that it's not going to work where I live :(
Has anyone else used the Replay lite (with success) in my location? I'm with U*P*C Communications (previously Ch0ru$) in Sligo.

Howaya lads, had the new update up and running for a few weeks now but for some reason some of the channels like Film 4 and Sci Fi just stay scrambled while the others work. I've tried searching but still no luck. Any ideas?

Hi all. Great forum....
I lost sky sports and sky sports news. I did an auto search and got
everything back except those 2 channels. Then I did a manual search on frequency 315 and symbol rate 6875 constellation 64 QAM and search by network ON. but it just says on the screen no programs found..
Any ideas anyone.

well put brians fav 08 onto it again and see if that works for ya also try the freq list and see what the freq is for that station

I checked the new frequencies and sky sports and sky sports news are both 315. For some reason I can't get any of the channels on this frequency ( buzz,uktv,cnn,boomerang etc ). Any more ideas...

try a factory reset rescan it and if that wipes everything off re put the channel dump back on to it

John in this post i see your using symbol rate 6875, just wondering if this is right cause my s*y sports is on frequency 315 but im on N*l which is 6887, don,t know whether it helps.
6875 I think is ch**us

Cheers Anto I just tried changing to 6887 but it just says no program found. The bloke I bought the box off is a mate of mine and he's back from holidays tomorrow so I'll just have to do without those 2 channels til then.
