Sorry folks but thats the way most null modem cables come with the exception of DB25 to DB9, moggser when you say you have a convertor are you talking about the USB convertor or a gender changer?
yea scouser i got a usb convertor for my Cable so what should i be callin the cable
Your fine Moggser so you have a 9 way null modem cable female at both ends and a standard USB adapter as should be the case.
yeah thats what i hgot scouser cable that isorry i got confuzzled lol

@ Eva yes as said in my OP there are DB25M to D9F leads but they are usually for legacy serial printers. DB9F to DB9F is what we all have, well I hope so :)

Anyone got frequencies for BBc3 and 4 mine seem to be gone I deleted them and scanned back in but still no joy on N** dublin

They were both on 363.500 as far as I remember Anto but I'm not 100% sure that is still accurate.

Yea thanks Gman mine were untill tonight now they seem to be gone, I deleted them and rescanned and just brought back in same frequencies but still no picture etc. was taken the lazy way out to see if anyone had new frequencies, suppose I'll just have to keep searching, is yours working?

Yep mine are both working but I'm on the opposite side of the Country ;-) & they're on 299.000 here.

Dont believe a word of it Antoinette, all the stray cats are gone missing round my area, the word on the street is theres some shady looking character with a replay lite in one hand & a sack full of cats in the other going around the estates. LOL.
