Hi, I downloaded the toolbar and opened it in Firefox, however whenever I click on the large key it does nothing except instructs me to download again & again?. I can't seem to uninstall it either as can't be found in add/remove programmes list. I'm obviously not doing something right. I've got the deja vu toolbar which was fine yesterday, is this one better/quicker? Am a bit worried now as I can't even uninstall it. Any ideas on where I'm going wrong or even if I can uninstall it? Sorry for being such a plank about this sort of thing, any help appreciated. Ta

No 'fraid not, click on the key & then keeps asking me to download rar file, which I do but nothing happens...it just continues to ask me to download the file but nothing appears. I'm thinking of uninstalling it then starting again, but can't seem to find it in the list..ta

It should appear in the Add Remove Programs as "*"
That download does give that error from time to time, maybe because of the high demand ;-)
Once you do get that download, make sure to allow it in your Firewall too.

Ta Gman, but it's definitely not in the add/remove programmes list under that name...still no joy though, I've tried it about 15 times! Oh well, I'll keep trying! Ta
