Can any1 plz tell me if i can use this HDD for Game Saves n also can i use the Sandisk's new Gaming USB sticks to save my games???

nope cant save games to them...only use them for media like pictures or video and music....

i'm fairly sure that the usb ports on a 360 are read only so i don't think any usb drives will do you any good dude
