Hello all,
I have installed a new operating system and everything else seem to be okay other than the sound. in the device manager it questions the multimedia and when i try to update drivers it says no drivers seen.

Now I have downloaded the drivers (intel 82801db-ich4) but they cannot install. I have tried but they bring an error messege. I have also install some software for the chipset as suggested on net here. I have seen somewhere that it may help to upgrade windows xp am having (professional sp2) but how?

can some one seen the trouble here?
