Alright hi iam stuck at this part it says to Copy the contents of the MS_root folder to your memory stick root..does this mean i overwrite my MP_ROOT folder? or just paste it inside of that folder?

no no, your memory stick root is the root of your memory stick, like inside no folders. and you gotta copy whats inside the MS_ROOT folder to the root of your memory stick not the folder itself.

Example Removable Disc/(here)= root

Also i should keep my psp connected to my comp the whole time right?
and for the 1.5 enabler i go to MS_ROOT>>PSP>GAME>1.5ENABLER>SRC>PIC1?

wait what do you mean? (and you copied whats inside the Ms_root folder to the root of your memory stick right?) and to get to the HEN-D enabeler you go to your psp regular home screen and go under psp photo i think

yah i got pass the hen-d part now iam an 1.5 enabler i dont know how to turn it on..

6. Execute the 1.5 enabler on the PSP. It needs 75% battery. It will verify/make your psp able to run 1.5 and enable downgrading the TA-082 or TA-086 PSP.

yes, thats good. sweet, if you get to 1.5 and u did it right you should have to restart and when you start it up you will get a blue screen and it will say press circle then start it up again and it will be 1.5

Just drag n' drop 340oeflasher and 340oeflasher% to the GAME folder of your PSP.

delete all the downgrader crap like all the files that you put in the root of your memory stick, the stuff in psp/game and in psp/photo
