I dont get it...
are you asking for the xmb that makes the psp look like windows vista, or are you actually looking for a windows vista OS for the psp?(i dont think that exists...)

try doing a search for windows vista xmb or themes for your psp. I know I saw one somewhere on this forum, or i was directed to another site from here.

look for it and you'll find it. ;)

does it have to be vista? here's a site thats says you can download (english) windows XP for the psp with guides and stuff as well.

yeah windows on the psp could be very interesting. but i dont see the real purpose of this.

what can windows do on the psp that the psp cant do already? be it xp or vista?

well its not actually windows its just a flash program that looks like windows but never the less it is pretty cool use the link above it works i did it its awesome! seriously u should try it, its not a heavy burden on ur mem stick either. anyway a purpose to have it on there is like it has a calculator or i think money exchange calculation of distances between contries. text entries (found it handy keeping a personal diary on it actually) playing music (which u can do anyway but its just doing it running that program) and heaps of cool games and apps. it may just be a flash game but its pretty realistic.

question;
does this 'flash windows' have the ability to connect to my network workgroup, so i could stream stuff from my pc?

thats something that i will want my psp to do. if not is there another program that will do it??

You know it's not actually windows vista right? it's just a portal.

The only authentic operating system that can be put on psp is windows 95, and it takes like 10 mins to load to the welcome screen...
