i havent had my dbox on for a few days but today i was called by virgin but i wasnt in. my mum said he was saying something about the bill. but wouldnt tell her.
then someone i just sold my dbox to go a phone call the day after i set it up for him. he said they asked him what is he watching cable and even asked him if it was on now.
he has the minimum package.but it seems very strange.
is there any way they would know if your old box was disconnectedand a dbox in its place?

They wouldn't know you have a dbox but they might be wondering why they are not getting talkback from your old box.
Best to leave old box connected aswell as dbox.
