i have a psp 3.03oe-c and i need a software to change the icons and also wallpapers can someone please guide me to where to download ?

go to recovery menu->advanced->enable flash0 (make sure u have usb connected)

then copy over flash files INDIVIDUALLY, NOT FOLDERS

themes can be found anywhere, stop being lazy and just look for 'psp xmb themes'
