czxflash download problems

I am trying to use czxflash to flash my xecuter 2.1 lite (it has the cromwell bios). I burned the czxflash.iso file on a cd-rw using nero 6. In nero i used all of the settings told to use except i had to check the box that said force dvd quality (after i clicked that it stoped saying "haulting")When it said "insert disk" i put it in. It said the cd name the said "loading linuxboot.cfg. I let it sit there like that for over an hour and nothing happened. Can someone tell me what is wrong.
