Please stop asking the same questions over and over. There isn't one yet, and when there is one it will be all over the psp forums, like here. I just read today that some people supposedly found an exploit in 3.30 and 3.40 so we will see where that goes. But that doesn't mean that there will be a downgrader in the near future. Get a new motherboard/psp if you want homebrew that bad.
