Hi
i am new to all this i have a xbox 360 flashed and have a samsung drive for my pc with kreon firmware i am using schtrom v3.2 to extract files then have tried clone cd and imageburn to burn the file but it never works in my xbox 360 keeps telling me to give the disc a clean i am using sony dru-800 dual layer external burner to burn with do i need a better burner?
please help

could be the burner
could be out of date firmware
could be the media you use to burn on
could be that you are not setting the layer break when using IMGburn
could be a multitude of things really.
here is a good guide, see if this looks like what your doing. and then provide as much info on the process you use as you can.

if you already have the ISO just skip the part about making it.

iv`e been doing everything that says. i think my firmware is out of date that can be the only problem. will have to find one of them pioneer dvr111 drives they seem to change the book setting to dvd-rom then it might work.

Yes, i always booktype all DVD+R or DVD+R DL to DVD-Rom when i burn stuff.

sorry about htis but i have a problem

Im trying to backup a burned copy of my game, using img burn to read it, but it always gives me a .mds file, i know im supposed to get a .dvd file, plz help
