is there anything i can do iwas on me 360 2 days ago went to start it today then 3 red lights appeared

if not call microsoft and tell them they will send you a new one most likely...

If you don't have a warranty or the warranty is up you have to contact Microsoft. You have to give them your 360's serial number and then pay 140.00 dollars. They will then send you an empty box, postage already paid and you drop off your box to any UPS store to get fixed. It takes about 1 week and you also get a 1 year warranty. The problem is that you do not get YOUR XBOX360 back but a refurbished one!!
