HELP FINAL FANTASY DISC SWAP SAVE NOT SHOWN

RUNNING FINAL FANTASY V11 ON PSP 3.03 OEB WHEN I COMPLETED THE FIRST DISC AND SAVE, DISC 2 DOESNT SHOW MY GAME SAVE.

DISC 1 STILL SHOWS SAVE

DISC 2 SHOWS NO SAVES

IM LOST ANY IDEAS CANT FIND ANYTHING

lose the caps, and its because disk 2 has a different 'id' than disk 1, so it doesn't look in the same save folder. i think there is something u can use to change it, but don't ask me, i don't remember and have never had to use it
