I read somewhere on here that DVDFAB DECRYPTOR was freeware and would work well to back up some of my DVD'S. In fact someone wrote an great guide on how to do it all and it is posted here i the forum. I was going to start using his method. However, when I went to the website to download it I find there are 2 versions of it. Platinum and Gold and they are both for sale not the free software I thought. Am I wrong or is there another sight I should have gone to? I used another free program in the past but it went away a month or so ago. Is there another program out there that might also do the job for me?
DVDFab Decrypter is a simple version of DVDFab Platinum. It copies entire DVD movie to hard disk, and removes all the protections (CSS, RC, RCE, APS, UOPs and Sony ARccOS) while copying.
DVDFab Decrypter is upgraded to DVDFab HD Decrypter, please download it instead.
I'm using the "HD" version and it works great, just like the original. And still free.
