Halo 2 online doesn't work for me on 360!

Hello Everyone!!!
I just got a 360 and don't know much. I have Halo 2 for the original Xbox. It works fine, but when I try to go online it says that I have a message from Microsoft or something and tells me to press A to read it. Once I press A, the system takes me to Account Management. When I go back, the games starts from the beginning. I'm sure there is a perfect solution for this, but I can't seem to find it. Please help!!

The xbox disables online play for xbox1 games. You have to go into your account management and enable online play for original xbox games.
