Hi

Can anyone help me get online with my Ps2, I have the old chunky Ps2 and have installed the Network Adaptor correctly followed all instructions to the letter for a direct link up from Ps2 to ADSL Modem (BT Voyager 190 ADSL) then linked to wall socket for phone with a filter.

When I have done the configuration on the start up disk on the Ps2 for this method it does not get past the Diagnostic stage of DNS test it says server 2 not there and I have try to use different Ips on manual setting of the config but its still not working.

If I do put in the password and user name of my AOL connection it stops even before I get to the 2nd test on the Diagnostic which is the DNS part I have never got past this stage!!

This is a Direct link for Network Gaming I am not trying to share it Via my P.C. it should work I have a Broardband AOL account but this ISP has no clue why its not working? is there any way I can force the test on the disk or type in a special DNS on manual or IP address.

Any Help would be great because its doing my head in.
