Well, i have a v3.03 firmware psp and i want to change the theme. Whenever I do that "Turn off psp, then hold R and turn on PSP" thing, a recovery menu does NOT show up? Does anyone no why?

make sure that you have 303 OE instead of 303 before you can go into recoverymode

Yes i have sony's 3.03.
Is it possible to upgrade from 3.03 to 3.03 OE without downgrading to 1.5? If there is, can you play homebrew games on it or the GBA emulators?

First off, why did u put psp owner blah blah in your post...?
Second, you can't go straight to 3.03oe-c or else there wouldn't be a point in a downgrader. And yeah, you can use emulators on it.
