I have edited this post for 2 reasons:

1. I've been told not to post an IMEI number for security reasons.

2. I already had my phone unlocked locally at a Wireless Toyz shop for $20.00.

Insert a non accepted sim, most times it will show "Phone Restricted"
Press the UNDO option
You should see a box that says enter restriction code.
Enter the code given and then press (OK)
