hi does anyone know of any software i can buy to make a pic or banner and when i click on it it will redirect you to for example my myspace site please i will be gratefull for any help thanks ......

Any graphics software can be used to make a "banner". That's just defined as to the pic size really.

Link? Just add a hyperlink to the properties of the pic from your website developing tool.
