sweet i get to help some one out.
just shut down your psp all the way by holding the button for a while.
then turn it on and hold the right shoulder button this should take you into recovery mode, if you hace a custome OE firmware good luck, ill try to answer any other questions you have. :)

it probably appeared cause you have a UMD disc in ur psp with the 2.71 update on it; which is obsolete since youre running OE-C...

in order to get to recovery, turn your psp all the way off (until the green power LEDs blink a few times & the LCD shuts off)

then...

hold down your right trigger while you turn your psp on....you should see a blue screen that says; you guessed it...Recovery..

good luck mate

its up to you what you do in recovery.....you were the one that wanted to find it....mess around with it for a while.....

if you do not know your left from your right, then you should uninstall life.......

TRIGGER....(even if you have never fired a gun, you should know what a trigger finger is.....and where your trigger is on your psp [for christ sake!!!])
