madden 07 problems plz help

i downloaded madden 07 and i have 3.03oec. it does not load n it freezes into a balck screen whereas my friends psp is 3.40oec and it wrks in his. can someone help me?

go to recovery menu, disable NO-UMD, then pop a game umd in the drive

oh k thbks man so it means tht not all game r able to load without a umd i have the same porblems with nba live too lol and my psp firmware doesnt mater rite?>

firmware shouldn't matter much as long as it's oe.
About no-umd, ALOT of games won't work with it enabled.
