What is the BEST firmware in terms of exploiting the PSP to the MAX and Why ?
(which one plays ISO and all emulators the easiest) ?

i would have to disagree, i would say that 303 oec is the best, atleast for right now. since there are more programs that are able to be run on it. this may soon be changing due to the increased popularity of 340 oe. i would have to say that is it still easier to find stuff for 303 oe c. for now... good luck

AHEM! I'd have to agree that 3.03 OE-C is the best for now, as it is easiest to customize and use POPs (the psx emu). 3.10 OE-A' is very stable and pops is like ultra easy, but its not very customizable. For beginner's to CF I'd go with 3.03 OE-C until you get the hang of it. 3.40 dosn't do much else other than its 3.40 and more stable but I dont know if POPs works perfectly with it.

3.30 OE-A' for now.... you have the same capibilities as 3.03 OE-C + a semi-updated pops library...

icon custimization
battery
font
gameboot
bootsound
flashless Cintro Mod (my favorite, since it wasnt working on OE's from: 3.03 OE-B - 3.10 OE-A...

a great deal more customization than any of the other OE's...

OE-C was the best....3.30 OE-A' is the new best, untill flashless cintro works on 3.40.....

Hm... Yes. Yes, I'd say that you should go with 3.03 until you get the hang of it. If what gasconade says is true (I'm pretty sure it is) then you should upgrade if 3.03 doesnt satisfy.
