Hey guys

Last night I flashed my executer mod croswell bios program I guess with evolution v2.5 but 75%completed it frooze now I have to re-flash with the right bios version but now croswell doesn't ask me to put a cd to flash that option isn't there anymore I have tried many way like parallel with my PC np luck
I have tried with network connection also no luck either
now they tell me I have to copy some files to the XBOX so how am I suppose to do that

Please help me on this one
