k heres the thing i gave my PSP to some guy and he put on 1.5 firmware (this was a whole big scam thing don't ask about it) so then i took it home and i was gonna put my 3.03 oe-c upgrader on it but i didn't know what to do because it didn't come with a read-me so now i've got these folders:
-303oeflasher
-303oeflasher%
-idstoragechange
-UPDATE
if ur familiar with this it would be much apreciated that u tell me what to do wit these folders.

Forget about those files, delete them, got to the 'mod and firmware discussion' forum and in the stickies you will see a winstaller. Use it and it will extract the one file you need to run and it will automatically flash the firmware. Unless you want to do it the manual way.
